Great experience for my two girls with braces. The staff is very friendly and caring, and they always make my daughters feel comfortable. The office is clean, and appointments are quick and easy. We are very happy with their care and highly recommend Ortho!

We had such a wonderful experience at Rucker Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. They made getting braces for our kids a fun and exciting experience instead of a stressful one. This was easy appt for braces. My son has anxieties with Drs.He did really well and the Dr and staff were very kind and patient. The office vibe is much more calming than the previous consultation we had at a different popular office which seemed like a cattle call. I also chose Dr Rucker because of the “Damon Braces”. We don’t have to deal with rubber bands and painful palate expanders like my daughter had to deal with years ago. It’s a gentler and easier technology with less appts! Very happy!

The staff was very nice.

First of all, the reception is super welcoming as you walk in. We were promptly seen following our check-in. My son was being seen for a consultation. Staff member, Rosie, was enthusiastic and informative during the entire process. Explained the flexible financing and answered all our questions. We were lucky to be able to get my son’s braces same day. We like that each staff member we came across with were friendly and helpful. Dr. Tucker performed the braces installation and the staff member that helped prepare my son was encouraging and knowledgeable. Overall, such a positive atmosphere and would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great staff and experience so far. Did 3 consults at once and they were even able to squeeze one of the kids in that afternoon to get her braces put on. Our kids like the vibe and the people as well so a very good start.

This place is like a hotel for teeth. I started my Invisalign Journey in March and ever since then— patient care has been top tier: From answering all my text message questions in a timely matter and today — a metal piece that holds my rubber band popped off and they were able to fit me in during my lunch time. Dr Rucker is friendly, knowledgeable, and helping me get my confidence back. He did a great job at hiring a team who loves their job as much as he does, that I want to join his Team too. Anne is the BEST giving me options and never pushed me into something I didn’t want. We also discussed other procedures that made me feel well taken care of when I finish my treatment. I also loved how she remembered me when I came in today. Rosie is hands down The-Best. Personable + full of info + my coach / hype WOman in my Invisalign journey. If you don’t meet her, you’re totally missing out. Maddie is fast, efficient, and friendly! She helped put back my metal bracket today. Painless and was in and out. Mitra at Check-out is always friendly and helpful getting me in since I’ve started. And I believe she mainly answers my texts and forwards it to Rosie. I appreciate everyone! See you in June. ______________ Update 09/18/2024 Dr Ryan took over my Invisalign program and it’s been a blast. He did a gum laser procedure couple months back and my smile has been getting bigger that I've been getting more compliments from my patients at work. Definitely being well taken care of by the best and he makes sure to stop by and see how I'm doing every visit. Maddie back at again today with her magic by helping me redo an attachment on a problem tooth. Love how she just makes me feel comfortable + explain everything that she's going to 🙂 Again painless and was in and out, I almost feel asleep so I had to wiggle my feet to the beat of the music to stay awake. I forgot to catch the front desk name but they both are friendly and always helping me out with having to move my appointments around due to work, but luckily I only work across the building. Always a good time here.

We had an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the front door. They made my son and myself welcomed, cared for and explained the plan of care with attention to detail. My son got his braces placed today and Kenna was amazing. She kept my son calm and relaxed throughout the whole process.
